Welcome to the 19^th hole because sometimes adults like to come to Orlando.  Come enjoy this nicely appointed and fully stocked townhome condo overlooking ChampionsGate Golf course.  Enjoy sipping a beverage, maybe something you had cooling in the wine fridge while sitting on the screened-in balcony watching golfers.  In the morning enjoy the sunrise while having your morning coffee from the selection of complimentary coffee pods.  The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is supplied with most any kitchen items you would have at your own home.  Except for a wok, we don’t have a wok, someone asked so I thought I would throw it out there.  This unit has a one-car garage for parking or maybe storing your golf clubs while you are enjoying other activities Orlando has to offer.  If you feel like hanging out close by guests have full complimentary unlimited access to the state-of-the-art, luxury-inspired Oasis Club; a 20,000 square foot club designed for maximum relaxation and fun, it features: Spa Center, Swimming Pools, Lazy River, Beach Volleyball Field, Poolside Tikki Bar, and Rentable Air-Conditioned Cabanas, Gym, Locker Rooms, Basketball, Restaurant, Grille w/outside dining, 18-hole Championship Golf Course (additional fee applies), Game Room, Business Center, Movie Theater, Sundry Shop, Children's Play Center and Splash Park.

Amenities such as coffee pods, dishwasher soap, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are, foil, and saran wrap are provided because who wants to go shopping for those things when you are on vacation.

Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if you're lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. How great is that!

For those interested in hitting the links, there's golf! ChampionsGate features an 18 hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also the world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.  If they can’t fix your slice, no one can. 

ChampionsGate is a billion-dollar community, an approximately 900-acre master-planned community located in southwest Osceola County, Florida.

This two-story townhouse is accessed via one step at the entryway. The living spaces are all located on the second floor and accessed via an interior staircase.
